Payments
Your money, in your Stripe account
Members pay by card on Stripe's checkout page. The money goes to your own Stripe account and out to your bank, and you see every payment in your Stripe dashboard.
You pay Stripe's fees directly, at its published rate: 2.9% + 30¢ for a US card. That's the same on both plans.
On Free, Motisfit's 1% comes out of the same payment, and shows in your dashboard too. So a $100 membership costs you Stripe's $3.20, plus $1 to Motisfit.

Good to know
Is there a contract or a setup fee?
No. There is nothing to sign and nothing to pay to start.
Do members pay for the app?
No. Members pay nothing to use Motisfit, in the app or through their AI assistant. They pay you for their plans and memberships.
What does the 1% apply to?
Card payments members make through Motisfit: plans, memberships and fees. Refunds give it back in proportion. Cash and payments you take elsewhere carry no Motisfit fee.
What does Stripe charge?
Stripe's own fees, at its published rate (2.9% + 30¢ for a US card), on either plan. You pay them to Stripe directly, and see them in your Stripe dashboard.
Can I bring my members over?
Yes: import them from a CSV, with the plan and classes each had left. How the move works.
