Switch from Mindbody
Bring your clients, their plans and the classes they have left. Then run the gym from the app or your AI assistant, for $0 a month or a flat price.
How the move works
Five steps, and your members keep what they paid for
1. Export your clients
Download your client list from Mindbody as a CSV with each client's name and email. Include their pricing option, visits remaining and expiry date to carry those over too.
2. Import them
Upload the file under Gym → Import members, or paste it to your AI assistant. Motisfit reads the column names other systems use, like Client Name, Pricing Option and Remaining, and shows a dry run row by row before anything changes.
3. Set up your classes and plans
Add your class types, plans and weekly schedule in Setup, or describe your gym to your AI assistant and confirm what it sets up.
4. Connect Stripe
Connect your own Stripe account to sell plans and memberships by card. Stripe pays out to your bank.
5. Tell your members
Nobody is emailed during the import unless you choose to. When you're ready, let them know: they sign in with their email, with no password to remember, and find their plan waiting.
What the import does
- Members keep the plan and classes they had left, with their expiry dates.
- A dry run shows what will happen to each row before you commit.
- Running the same file twice adds nobody twice.
- Nobody is emailed unless you choose to.
